Laury Mendez

Owner

I'm a proud Dominican who came to the United States in 2011 with nothing but determination, faith, and a strong desire to build a better future. Like many immigrants, my journey wasn't easy. I worked multiple jobs at the same time, doing whatever was necessary to move forward.

In 2019, I became a truck driver and worked long hours on the road. Even with limited time and constant exhaustion, I made a commitment to myself: every free moment I had, I invested it in learning. I spent years studying credit and business funding, understanding how money really works in the U.S. and how people can use it strategically, not recklessly, to grow.

In 2024, that knowledge and experience became Funding Blueprint. Funding Blueprint was created with one clear purpose: to help people turn their goals into reality. Whether that's buying a home, purchasing a vehicle at a low interest rate, or gaining access to capital to start or scale a business, my passion is guiding people with clarity, integrity, and strategy.

I believe credit is not just a score, it's a tool. And when used correctly, it can open doors, create opportunities, and change lives.

Luis Brito Arias

I’m a proud Dominican who came to the United States in 2011 with the goal of building a better future through hard work and opportunity. Like many immigrants, navigating a new system required resilience, discipline, and persistence.

In 2016, I joined the U.S. Coast Guard, where I learned the value of structure, accountability, and service. Those experiences continue to shape how I work and how I serve others today.

My professional path led me into credit, funding, and financial consulting, where I saw how lack of information, not lack of effort, often holds people back. Through my work with Funding Blueprint, I take a consultative, solution-focused approach, partnering closely with loan officers and financial professionals to help individuals and business owners move forward with clarity and confidence.

Fluent in English and Spanish, I’m deeply committed to serving the Hispanic community through education and transparency. I believe credit is more than a score, it’s a system and when understood, it becomes a powerful tool for stability, growth, and opportunity.

My goal isn’t just to improve credit. It’s to help clients return to their trusted advisors informed, qualified, and ready to take the next step toward homeownership, business growth, and long-term financial security.
