Who We Are
Funding Blueprint LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides credit-education and credit-repair services as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
1) Services
We assist with reviewing your credit reports, identifying potential inaccuracies, preparing dispute communications you authorize us to send, and providing credit-education/coaching. We do not create new identities, advise you to misrepresent information, or remove accurate, timely information. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
2) CROA Disclosures & Contract
Before services begin, you’ll receive a written agreement and the CROA “Consumer Credit File Rights” disclosure. You may cancel for any reason within 3 business days after signing. We do not charge or collect fees for dispute services not yet performed. Any waiver of rights under CROA is void.
3) Fees & Billing
· First Payment: Your first payment is for a credit report analysis. This includes reviewing your credit reports from all three bureaus, identifying potential inaccuracies, and preparing a personalized plan for building and maintaining a strong credit profile. No dispute work is performed until after this analysis is complete and the plan is provided.
· Ongoing Payments: Starting with your second payment and each month thereafter, charges are for dispute work performed in the previous month (“post-billing”). This means you are billed only after we have completed that month’s round of disputes.
· If a billing error occurs, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We will investigate and issue credits or refunds when appropriate.
4) Term & Cancellation
This is a month-to-month agreement. You may cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or calling 786-933-9496 during business hours. If you cancel before we perform a month’s work, you will not be charged for that month. Your separate CROA 3-day rescission right applies to the signed contract.
5) Communications
Transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, account notices) may be sent by email, SMS, or phone consistent with your preferences. Marketing texts/calls require your prior express written consent and are optional. You can revoke consent at any time. We honor all opt-outs.
6) Call Recording Notice
We may record customer-service calls with your consent for quality and training. If you do not consent, please tell us and use email instead. Note: some states require all-party consent to record.
7) Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) & Do-Not-Call Compliance
We comply with the Telemarketing Sales Rule and all Do-Not-Call regulations. We only place marketing calls or send marketing texts to:
1. Individuals who have voluntarily provided their contact information through our funnel, website, or official lead forms and have given the required consent, or
2. Individuals whose information was shared with us by an affiliate or referral partner who has certified that they obtained valid prior express written consent.
If an affiliate provides your information without your authorization, Funding Blueprint LLC is not responsible for the initial sharing of your data; liability rests solely with the party who provided it. We honor all opt-outs.
