90-Day Partial Refund Guarantee
If no changes or removals are documented on your credit reports within ninety (90) days from the start of services, you may request a refund. Because disputes involve costs and labor, refunds will be issued as follows:
· 100% refund if no disputes were submitted in the 90-day period.
· 50% refund if disputes were submitted but no changes or removals occurred in that period.
Outside 90 days: refunds may be pro-rata based on work performed/costs.
How to request: Email [email protected] within 10 business days after day 90.
Exclusions: lack of active three-bureau monitoring throughout; failure to provide documents/follow instructions; items that are accurate, verifiable, and current.
Partial Service Completion
If services are partially completed outside of the 90-day guarantee, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a prorated basis according to the amount of work performed and associated costs.
Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be made in writing within ten (10) business days after the 90-day period ends. Requests must be emailed to [email protected].
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if you:
· Fail to maintain active credit monitoring with all three bureaus for the entire 90-day period.
· Fail to provide required documentation or follow service instructions, causing delays or preventing dispute work.
· Have items on your credit report that are accurate, verifiable, and current under applicable credit reporting laws.
