These Disclaimers (“Disclaimers”) are issued by Funding Blueprint LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, Pinellas County (“Funding Blueprint,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and apply to all users of this website and our services (“User,” “you,” “your”).
By accessing or using this website, purchasing our business funding consulting services, or engaging with our programs in any manner, you agree to these Disclaimers in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and our services.
1. Arbitration Agreement
You and Funding Blueprint LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy (“Claim”) arising out of or relating to your use of our website, services, or any agreement with us will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, under the rules in effect at the time the claim is filed.
Key Arbitration Terms:
Arbitration will be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator who is either a retired judge or an attorney with at least 10 years of experience.
Class actions, representative actions, and class arbitrations are not permitted. Claims must be brought individually.
Arbitration hearings will be held in the State of Florida unless otherwise mutually agreed.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.

2. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Funding Blueprint LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your breach of any provision of our Terms, Privacy Policy, or these Disclaimers.
Any misrepresentation or false information provided by you in connection with our services.
Any third-party claim arising from your actions or use of our services.
3. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Funding Blueprint LLC’s liability to you is limited to the total fees you have paid to us under your current agreement.
We are not liable for:
Lost profits, lost business opportunities, or indirect damages
Funding denials from third-party lenders
Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers, credit bureaus, or financial institutions
4. Military Lending Act (MLA) Notice
Federal law limits the annual percentage rate (APR) charged to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents for certain types of credit to 36%. This includes credit insurance premiums, ancillary product fees, application fees (with certain exceptions), and participation fees.
Funding Blueprint LLC complies with all provisions of the Military Lending Act.

5. No Warranties
All services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee:
Loan or funding approval
Specific funding amounts
Timeframes for funding decisions
6. State Law Notices
CA Residents: Interest may be compounded on unpaid charges.
IA Residents: You may prepay any unpaid balance without penalty and may be entitled to a refund of unearned charges.
KS Residents: You have the right to a copy of any signed agreement.
MA Residents: Massachusetts law prohibits discrimination based on marital status or sexual orientation.
MD Residents: You have the right to receive an answer to a written inquiry concerning your account status from the lender.
ME Residents: Do not sign this agreement before you read it. You are entitled to a copy.
MO Residents: Oral agreements to lend money or extend credit are not enforceable.
ND Residents: Money brokers are licensed and regulated by the Department of Financial Institutions.
NJ Residents: Some provisions may be void or unenforceable depending on applicable laws.
OH Residents: Creditors must make credit equally available to all qualified customers.
